Project Manager

Whether it be for booking the perfect hotel room, dining at the trendiest restaurant, or partaking in an exciting excursion, we build smart, AI driven products to allow travelers plan the perfect trip. In the short amount of time that we’ve been around, tripla chatbot and tripla hotel booking has become Japan’s most popular services in the industry, and the pace of growth is only increasing. We’re currently expanding our services into many other areas, but we need a talented English-Japanese Bilingual Project Manager to help us manage multiple integration projects for our key customers.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead and manage deployment projects of tripla services for large Enterprise customers. You will demonstrate an advanced mix of skills in project management, technology and strategic business acumen. This role manages the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects. You will apply solid Project Management and leadership skills and provide experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.


  • Serve as the primary, daily point of contact to clients, building strong and lasting relationships with client counterparts
  • Coordinate project/program resources and requirements needed for initial execution, on-going success, and expansion
  • Specific tasks include project management, leading client calls, training client staff, ensuring deliverables are met on time and of the highest quality, and quickly identifying and communicating potential risks as they emerge that may impact timeliness and success
  • Serve as an intermediary between clients, integration partners, tripla product development team and other tripla business teams to share insights from our customers
  • Partner with sales representative to support client growth and drive project work to support strategic objectives
  • Update status of each projects with leadership and internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide clients with consultation for solve their problems by using existing features or non-tripla tools rather than building a new features for them
  • Assist with the development of client-specific training plans and help lead both virtual and in-person trainings of client teams
  • Manage project P/L to make sure the project is profitable




  • Bilingual in Japanese/English (Both above business level required)
  • Bachelor’s degree, with 5-8 years of experience
  • Experience leading technology or software projects
  • Experience in client management, implementation, and project team coordination roles
  • Proven experience leading project teams to meet aggressive deadlines while leveraging project management best practices
  • Exceptional time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple, complex client and internal projects concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to understand and serve the multi-dimensional needs of our clients
